here are the highlights of the opera "Under the cabbage trees"

by my friend Daniel Sun featuring Theo and me

at the Night of Original Music.

The opera is about a girl whose father is dying from cancer, there is a boy who likes her (but she doesn't even know he's there) and her friend lost her cardigan. It is set in Burnside High School.

hier sind die Höhepunkte aus Daniel Sun's Oper

"Under the cabbage trees",

gesungen von Theo und mir.

Die Oper handelt von einem Mädchen, dessen Vater an Krebs erkrankt ist, einem Jungen, der sie mag (sie weiß gar nicht, dass er da ist) und ihrer Freundin, die ihre Strickjacke verloren hat.

Die Handlung spielt in der Burnside High School.

Solo Performance Exam

This is the recording of my music exam though it is not the best quality and my voice will have developed quite a bit more by now.

I am singing: "Song to the moon" from the opera Rusalka,

"Ships of Arcady" by Michael Head, "Die Nacht" by Strauss and

"Only Love" from the Musical The Scarlet Pimpernel

with Irina Maksimova on the piano.

Big Sing 2012 - Finale in Wellington

Hier bekommt ihr schon mal einen kleinen Vorgeschmack vom großen Big Sing - Wochenende, 16.-19.8.2012, in Wellington.

Unser Bel Canto Chor der Burnside High School aus Christchurch, ist von den 18 Final-Chören, zum besten Chor von ganz New Zealand mit dem Gold- und Platin-Award ausgezeichnet worden.

Es war eines der schönsten Wochenenden !

Ausgelassene Freude, Spaß, Emotionen, Gemeinschaft, Musik und Tränen des Abschieds und der Freude rund um den Globus.
