New marks in preparation

I got high Merit in Drama although it was about Clowning! Also 3 Merits in English and I passed the rock climbing theory test quite easily. And for my presentation about NZ artist Amanda O'Connor I got Merit to Excellence !!!
What else happend beneath these great achievements ?
We started analyzing a Victorian poem in English and at the Senior Chorale rehearsal I sang Earth Song by heart and our student conductor Sophia was surprised and pretty impressed.
On Monday after school I went to Northlands with Ciara to get Australian cash and everything else we still need (like a suit bag) for our Orchestra Trip to Melbourne, that is coming closer really fast.
Afterwards we both bus to Ciara's, where we watch LotR 3 Extended the first half and she makes Omelette for us. Delicious! Ciara is so absolutely amazing and knows and can do so much ! Very much respect from my side...
On Tuesday, it is now the 25th of September, we were supposed to bring our bikes to the necessary inspection for following mountain biking trips, but I will have to borrow one anyway...
We also had a last rehearsal for group performance for we have to perform today because it sadly is Millie's last day here. I shall visit her in Thailand !
We also record Kata's compo with Muse at Interval which went quite well, but a few clashy chords make it sometimes hard for me to get the written notes.
A last meeting at Lunch for Melbourne, long and interesting, followed by our group performance recording in MUO. Unfortunately Jacinta forgot the lyrics so we had to start again. This time the fire alarm interrupted and we had to do it in the next lesson. We also recorded Jacinta's composition and practiced Maddy's and Chan Woo's. I think they are all amazing !
Instead of fencing we had a farewell afternoon tea with awards: I'm 2nd best girl ! The price was a group photo and I will be mentioned in the year book !
And then there was nothing left to do than lots of packing and being so excited for the awesome adventure to come !!!
